STRESS AND STRAIN :

We are living in this earth, which is a part of the sun family.  We must be proud about the life that we are blessed with on this earth.  Without understanding the purpose of whole life and our association with ALMIGHTY we are wasting our days in the worldly pleasures amid the pain and stress we create to our self.  All these mistakes are self-made and of our own creation; broadly speaking we can identify four reasons for the same.

1. Doing things without self awareness

2. Doing things without any goal for just like that

3. Doing things without tolerance; and

4. Doing things without willpower as it comes.

Humanity’s failure is purely because of doing things without strong willpower and conviction.  Strong willpower cannot come as such, for that; one has to balance his TRIKARANA viz. body, soul and mind through a simple and regular practice of scientific techniques in Trikarana Transcendental Meditation (TTM) and to understand the purpose of life.
